The Need
MotivAction approached Full On Marketing following a move to new premises. They had spare capacity in the building, and needed to generate business growth to maximise their investment in the new offices. The organisation was looking for significant new business targets in order to generate maximum profitability for their larger corporate service offering.

How we helped

A FOM telemarketing resource works on site at MotivAction’s new premises in Ware, Hertfordshire, 2 days per week, every week. The services provided include:

  • Cold calling, using a large dataset owned by the organisation
  • “Warm lead” follow up from accounts nominated by individual MotivAction sales personnel
  • Fullfilling requests for information
  • Processing a pipeline of call backs generated by the above activity

The targets are large blue chip organisations which are complex. A level of profiling is required, prior to targeting up to 5 different jobs titles with the various service on offer from MotivAction. It is key that the right job title is targeted with the right offer to ensure that the business benefit is fully understood by the budget holder.

The results

We are generating an average of 1 large blue chip sales appointment per telemarketing day. So far, these sales appointments have been strong, with all proceeding to the next stage in the MotivAction sales process.
