Redland's market leading business solutions are built on their core platform 'Insight'. The core Insight platform allows Redland to quickly develop and deploy business applications to support specific processes within the financial services domain. The platform has been used to develop a leading edge Training Competence (TC) system, along with an on-line testing capability, a policy administration solution and a robust ecommerce trading solution for life and pensions.


Customer requirement:

Redland Business Solutions have previously used an internal telemarketing resource to promote their Insight solution.  The results of this activity have not been as successful as required.  The main areas of concern were the quality of the opportunities identified and the level of decision maker contacted.

Redland engaged with Full On Marketing to conduct five day pilot campaign. They were delighted with the results. and the whole process gave them complete confidence in FOM’s style and approach.  Once the pilot was complete, Redland engaged in an ongoing relationship and have been conducting three days per month regular telemarketing activity since.
