The Customer

The Supplies House provides the best and most effective cleaning supplies, targeted at specific cleaning tasks. Their environmental ethos and range of products help customers’  meet their Corporate and Social Responsibility goals and environmental targets as well as save money.

The Objective

Brian Chapman, Owner and Managing Director of The Supplies House, wanted to envigorate his brand. He was concerned that the industry could be perceived as grey and characterless, and challenged Full On Marketing Ltd to add personality and pizzazz to his brand.

What did we do?

Focusing on "personalities", Full On Marketing devised a series of characters that could be used in conjunction with a variety of cleaning products and situations. The characters were honed down to 6 keys concepts and developed further. Each was given a name and character, and enabled as concepts in a wide range of materials. The final characters were then applied to all the types of media required, including:

  • Business Stationery
  • Brochures
  • Web
  • Own branded product cases
  • Signage
  • Powerpoint materials
